Please note that return shipments only work for pruchases within the European Union.

We want you to enjoy your new items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return them to us and we will refund the full purchase price.

We will send you an email with the details about the return process. Please note that you will need to pay the logistic cost for your choosen return carrier on your own. 

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days, as soon as we recieved your returned item. You will receive an email once your return has been successfully processed.

Please note that we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We recommend returning the order and placing a new one in our online store.

Make sure that your return is properly packed. It is best to use the box in which you received your order.

Items that have been washed, used, or have had the original tags removed cannot be refunded. Underwear and face masks may only be returned in a completely unworn condition for hygienic reasons.
