As the Co-founder, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring that the company stays true to its mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, retailers, and partners to increase brand awareness and expand distribution.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and align with the brand's mission and vision.
• Manage and oversee the marketing and branding efforts of the company to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• A passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Understanding of marketing and branding strategies.
• Hands on mentality.
• Willingness to visit Surf/Kitesurf- and Watersports-Events.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion, or related field (preferred).
